Welcome to Your SWIS Team
Our SWIS team works in schools across the district to help families adjust to school life and connect with the community.
Once registered, your dedicated SWIS team will connect with you and help with everything from understanding the school system and accessing resources, to getting oriented through workshops and facilitating smooth transitions.
We currently have a team of Settlement Workers who together speak more than 15 languages, making it easier for families to feel supported and understood.
